Ingredients :
- 1 packages Pinto beans
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 lb pork or beef neck bones
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
Method :
- Soak pinto beans over night or for a 1 1/2
- Add 3 cups of water to the pot and add your neck bones cook for 1 hr1/2
- Then and u pinto beans salt pepper and onions cook for another 1hr 1/2 cover and simmer cook until tender and beans r soft
- Try it over rice with cornbread
