Ingredients :
- 2 Avocados, peeled- seeded and roughly chopped
- 3 small tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 Spanish onion, finely diced
- 1 Long red chilli, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 Juice of 1 lime
- 1 Juice of a small lemon
- 1 Garlic clove, minced
- 1 Salt and pepper to taste
Method :
- Prep ingredients and throw into food processor.
- Pulse until combined yet still chunky
