Ingredients :
- 1 lb Ground turkey
- 1 Egg
- Bread crumbs
- 1 onion ( chopped)
- 1/2 bunch Italian parsley / chopped
- 1/4 cup Dry oregano
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 clove Garlic chopped
- Vegetable oil/ to cook
Method :
- Mix all the ingredients,
- Shape firm burgers.
- Fry burgers until their color turn brown, then cover the pan and cook with low heat , steam about 10 minutes . They will double their sizes
