Ingredients :
- 1 1/2 kg Chicken pieces, skinned
- 1 can Chicken and mushroom soup
- 1 packages Chicken soup powder
- 2 stick Fresh rosemary, just wash and throw into pot whole
- 2 large Potatoes cut into quarters ( skin on or off, your choice)
- 2 large Carrots peeled and chopped into chunks
- 1 packages Fresh baby corn
- 1 packages Fresh mushrooms
- 1 Red pepper chopped
- 1 Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 packages Fresh asparagus
- 1 large Onion, peeled and chopped
Method :
- Place all except asparagus into crockpot pot. Toss to mix and cook on low for 4 hours. Add asparagus, cook for further 1/2 hour. Serve with rice (I always add a bit of coconut milk to my water when cooking rice. A trick I picked up while living in Malaysia for a few months)
