Ingredients :
- 1 chicken breasts, grilled diced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 cup quinoa
- corn
- black beans
- cilantro
- bbq sauce
- salsa
- sour cream
Method :
- Simple but super tasty meal. Cook quinoa , grill some chicken with bbq sauce on it. Heat up some corn and black beans . Plate ingredients layerd or mix up. Top with cheese and salsa, bbq, and sour cream
