Ingredients :
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 8 clove garlic
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup Jasmine Rice
- 1 1/2 lb Chicken
- 4 tbsp Thai Soy Sauce
- 2 tsp Fish sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 1 Chopped cilantro
- 2 Lime
- 1 bunch green onions
Method :
- Heat oil in wok or large non-stick saute pan. Add garlic.
- When garlic starts to brown, add raw protein and cook to about 60% done
- Add egg. Let sit before scrambling.
- Add rice and push down on rice to break up clumps then toss.
- Add fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and white pepper. Continue stirring until seasoning is well distributed and rice is heated through.
- Add green onions and toss just to mix.
- Remove from heat. Serve on plate with lime slice.
