Ingredients :
- 1 carrot with the carrot greens
- half a block of firm tofu (or 1 fried egg can substitute)
- butter
- half an avocado
- cayenne powder
- 2 slices bread
- 2 cloves diced garlic
Method :
- Slice a corrot into long stin slices and remove the leaves from their stems.
- Cut the tofu like so. Fry the carrot and tofu in butter on a pan.
- Add cayenne powder and garlic. Flip the tofu
- Mash half an avocado and spread it onto the bread
- Assemble your sandwich with carrot, tofu, and carrot greens
- Done. Enjoy
