Ingredients :
- 1 enough pastry to cover a flan dish
- 1/2 cup sweetcorn
- 1/2 cup shredded chicken
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 pints milk
Method :
- Roll out the pastry thinly and line the flan dish with it. Blind bake in a moderate oven for 10 minutes.
- Beat the eggs and milk together.
- When the pastry case is ready line the bottom with the chicken then the sweetcorn.
- Carefully pour over the milk and egg mixture then carefully put it back in the oven.
- Cook until the pastry is crisp and the flan is set and golden brown.
