Ingredients :
- 6 medium-size Russet potatoes
- 1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 4 tbsp butter
Method :
- Preheat over to 350 degrees F. Peel the potatoes, and cut each into 8 pieces. Combine the cheese, flour, salt and pepper in a paper bag.
- In batches, place the potatoes in the bag, hold the top shut and shake. Put the butter into a 9X13" pan.
- Place the pan in the preheated oven until the butter melts. Remove the pan and add the coated potatoes. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
- Use a metal spatula to turn the potatoes over, being careful not to dislodge the crust that will have developed on the bottom.
- Bake for an additional 20-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown on all sides. Serve hot. 178 calories/serving; GL=20, Glycals=32
