Ingredients :
- 2 cans chili or 2 generous cups homemade chili
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 can crescent rolls
- 24 cocktail weenies
- 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- Cumin
- Salt and pepper
Method :
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray an iron skillet with cooking spray.
- Crack open crescent rolls and cut each triangle into 3 triangle strips. Roll cocktail weenies in dough and line them around the outer edge of the skillet.
- In the microwave or in a sauce pan on the stove on low, melt the cream cheese into the chili. Pour into center of skillet and top with the cheddar and sprinkle with the cumin, salt and pepper.
- Bake until browned and bubbly, about 30 minutes or so.
