Ingredients :
- 2/3 cup butter
- 3/4 cup butter-flavored shortening
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 cups flour
- Chocolate chips- whatever kind and whatever amount floats your boat
Method :
- Mix the butter, shortening, sugars until creamy. Add eggs one at a time until blended. Then add vanilla and blend.
- Combine dry ingredients in small bowl and then gradually stir into sugar mixture until dough is formed.
- Add chocolate chips.
- Round into small balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 350. Then eat until you go into a diabetic coma. They are that good!
