
Ingredients :
- 2 fillets sea bass
- to taste Salt and pepper
- Dried herbs (choose ones you like)
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- to taste Lemon juice
Method :
- Remove the skin from fillets if any.
- Evenly sprinkle the fillets with salt, pepper and herbs. Lightly coat with flour.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry sea bass until both sides are golden and crisp.
- Sprinkle with lemon juice and serve while hot.
