Ingredients :
- 100 g dark chocolate bar
- 250 ml water (just over a cup)
- 3 eggs
- 250 g brown sugar
- 125 g butter or margarine
- 150 g pastry flour or cake flour
- 25 g bitter cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder (I use ROYAL)
- For decoration:
- Powdered sugar
Method :
- To check if it’s ready, poke with a knife - if it comes out dry it’s good to go.
