Ingredients :
- 150 g fresh salmon
- 1 tomato
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch salt and pepepr
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
Method :
- Chop all vegetables and salmon to about 2 cm cubes.
- Put all chopped food into a bowl. Squeeze in the lemon juice, pour in olive oil and mix well.
- Then add the salt, pepper and soy sauce and mix well. Finally add the finely chopped dried rosemary. Leave in the fridge to marinate for at least 30 min. Then its ready to eat!
