Ingredients :
- 300 grams Dark Chocolate (85%)
- 200 grams Sugar
- 200 grams Unsalted Butter
- 5 Eggs
Method :
- Melt chocolate and Butter.
- Add Sugar
- Separate eggs yolks and whites
- Beat egg whites (to stiff peaks)
- Add yolks to the chocolate mix and stir
- Add mix to egg whites and whip
- Bake it for 20 min. At 200ºC
