Ingredients :
- 3/4 cup butter/margarine Softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3 cup quick cooking/regular rolled oats
- 1 3/4 cup (11oz. pkg.) Hershey's butterscotch chips
Method :
- Heat Oven 375
- Beat butter, sugar and brown sugar in large blow until well blended
- Add
- Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt gradually
- Blend well. Stir in oats and butterscotch chips.
- Drop into ungreased cookies sheet. 8-10mins until golden brown. Let cool and enjoy. Makes about 4 dozens
