Ingredients :
- 1 small cup rice
- 1 liter water
- 3 slices bacon cut into small pieces
- 2 cups ground pork
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Bunch scallion
Method :
- Season the ground pork with light soy sauce and salt and black pepper then add in the bacon and mix well then set aside
- Wash a small cup of rice then add in 4 cups of water and let it comes to a boil (in a rice cooker or on stove)
- Add in the (ground pork and bacon mixture)and stir well by breaking it into smaller pieces
- Bring it to a boil then open slightly the lid and let it simmer for another 10 minutes
- Season the porridge with another tbsp of light soy sauce and a dash of salt with black pepper ,
- Serve the pork and bacon porridge TOP some fresh scallion
