Ingredients :
- 500 grams chopped white mushrooms
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 200 ml milk
- 5 tablespoons flour
- to taste salt
Method :
- Put the mushrooms in water and bring to boil
- Drain a little of water and move the pot off the hot stove
- In a bowl mix the milk and flour
- Pour the milk into the mushrooms and put the pot back onto the hot stove and continue mixing until it thickens
- Add the butter for creaminess and the salt to taste.
- Set aside and serve
