Ingredients :
- 1 tablespoons fenugreek
- 2 pounds Brussel sprouts
- 1 stick butter
- 1 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
Method :
- In a deep pan melt the butter
- Add fenugreek
- Add spouts salt and garlic
- Cover and cook till tender. Add cheese and cover remove from heat. Let sit 7 minutes. Serve I hope you enjoy!
