Ingredients :
- 2 cups Potatoes (peeled and cubed)
- 1 cup water
- 1 1/2 cup onion (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp Chicken Bouillon Granules
- 2 cups Cauliflower Florets
- 3 cups milk
- 2 1/2 cups cooked ham
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 2 Tbsp flour
Method :
- In a covered sauce pan simmer potatoes, water, onion, and bouillon for 10 min.
- Add cauliflower and continue simmering for an additional 10 minutes or until cauliflower is tender
- Stir in 2 1/2 cups milk, ham, nutmeg, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
- Take remaining 1/2 cup of milk and blend with the flour. Pour milk and flour mixture into the sauce pan stir and cook until thick and bubbly.
