Ingredients :
- 4 strips bacon (chopped)
- 1/4 C. Parsley
- 28 oz. Crushed Tomato
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 6 Cans Dark Red Kidney Beans
- 3 chicken breasts (chopped)
- 6 Tbsp. Chili Powder
- 1 Tbsp. Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Cilantro
- 3 Tsp. Salt
Method :
- I use a stock pot to make this chili. Mix all the ingredients together in the stock pot (saving the chicken and bacon for last). Stir the ingredients good with a whisk. Add your chicken and bacon last, then fill the pot with water to about 2 inches from the rim.
- Cook COVERED on medium heat for about an hour and a half. Stirring every 15 to 20 mins to make sure it doesn"t scorch.
- Top with Sharp Cheddar and enjoy!!! ❤
