Ingredients :
- 3 Large Idaho Baking Potatoes
- 2 Cups Mashed Cooked Turnips
- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1/4 Cup Hot Milk
Method :
- Cut baked potatoes in half lengthwise and scoop out inside.
- Pile lightly into potato shells and bake in hot oven (400 deg.) 5 minutes to brown lightly. (I like to add a small amount of shredded cheese to the top before baking making them more like a twice baked potato. My 10 could not till the difference and ate it right up.)
