Ingredients :
- 8 eggs boiled and deshelled
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 4 green chilles
- Cilantro
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp garam masala or any kind of masala
- to taste Salt
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- oil
Method :
- Boil the eggs and peeled d shell and set a side
- In a heavy bottom pan, add oil and fry onions and green chilles till brown caramalised
- Add ginger garlic paste and fry till raw smells goes off
- Add garam masala.,chilli powder and salt according to taste
- In another pan, heat oil, fry the boiled eggs for 3 to 4 mins with chilli powder .
- Add the eggs to the pan
- Cover with a lid and simmer for 3to 5 mins
- Serve hot with chapati and rotis or rice
