Ingredients :
- 18 eggs
- 3 packages polish sausage
- 2 cups white vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 3 T pickling spice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 T crushed red pepper flakes
- 6-7 squirts franks hot sauce
- 1 T crushed garlic or powder
- 1 T dried onion
Method :
- Boil eggs
- Take out add sausage till it floats then remove from the water
- Take shell off the eggs
- Cut sausage into 1 inch pieces
- Arrange egg and sausage in layers in a glass jar
- Combine all other ingredients in a medium sauce pan
- Simmer for 5 minutes
- Pour over the eggs and sausage
- Put on lid
- Let set for 2 weeks
- Enjoy
