
Ingredients :
- 3 pieces chicken meat
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 white onion, chopped
- 1 slice orange bell pepper, chopped
- 2 chili peppers
- 2 carrots, sliced in vertical positions
- 1 pound long green beans
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
Method :
- Heat wok or large frying pan on medium high heat (3-5 minutes) until a drop of water sizzles.
- Add the 1 tablespoon of butter, swirl to coat pan, add garlic and onions, stir fry for 30 seconds. Mix 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper.
- Add chicken and spread the pieces out, allow the meat to sear for 30 seconds and then stir fry until no longer pink on the outside (2-3 minutes).
- Add carrots and green beans and stir fry for a minute.
- Add soy sauce and water to the stir-fry (1-2 minutes), bubbly, and everything is heated through.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and serve immediately.
