Ingredients :
- 12 chicken wings
- 3/4 stick butter
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 Tbsp hot sauce
Method :
- Chill wings for 1 hour
- Bake at 425°F for 20 minutes over a oiled grate, turn wings and bake for another 20 minutes
- Heat 3/4 stick of butter with one minced garlic clove
- Add 2 Tbsp of hot sauce ( and more garlic if desired) and mix with butter in a big pan with a pinch of salt
- Toss with cooked wings
