Ingredients :
- 2 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano, crushed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Method :
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Dip the chicken breasts in the beaten eggs, then in the Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle the dried oregano over the top of the chicken.
- Place on a lightly oiled baking pan and bake for 20-30 minutes, or until the chicken is completely cooked. Remove from oven and serve.
