Ingredients :
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Tbsp milk
- 2 leaves spinach
- 1 piece cheese
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp olive oil
Method :
- Chop the spinach into small pieces. Beat the eggs and put into a bowl with the spinach and mix well. Then add milk, salt and pepper, and mix again.
- Put olive oil into a square tamagoyaki pan, pour in half of the egg & spinach mix, then put the sliced cheese on top. Once the egg starts to cook (but is still runny), slowly roll the omelette from one edge.
- When rolling up, pour on the rest of the egg & spinach mix, and continue rolling. When done, leave it for a while in the pan with the heat off. Once it becomes cooler, cut into four pieces and serve.
