Resep Full flavor Low carb tuna patties

Ingredients :

  • 10 ounces canned tuna fish, packed in spring water drained
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 1/3 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/3 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil to pan fry
  • to taste hot sauce, optional
  • to taste London Pub malt vinegar, optional
  • to taste red wine vinegar, optional

Method :
  1. In a pan heat oil
  2. Put the tuna, dill weed, paprika, pepper, egg, and onion.
  3. Mix them together
  4. Form into patties and fry. Get a very good crust on bottom before your first flip.
  5. Fry till crunchy
  6. Takes about 15 minutes total to fry. Let sit 2 minutes and serve. I like the vinegars, especially the malt vinegar. However you try them I hope you enjoy!
