Ingredients :
- 1 Avocado
- 1 bunch Cilantro (dried or freshly chopped)
- 2 cans Lump Crab (drained)
- Mexican cheese mix
- to taste Old Bay Seasoning
- Hot fresh Salsa
- 1 bag easy peel shrimp
- 2 bag tortilla chips
Method :
- Preheat oven to 375°F
- Clean and peel shrimp. Cut shrimp into bite size pieces.
- Layer tortilla chips with shrimp, crab, and cheese in a 12×9 baking pan ending with shrimp and cheese. (i.e.: chips, crab, cheese, shrimp, cheese)
- Cook until cheese melts, and shrimp turn pink. 30-40 minutes depending on size of shrimp.
- Sprinkle with Old Bay Seasoning.
- Top with salsa and diced avocado.
- Sprinkle with cilantro.
