Ingredients :
- 8 lamb chops
- 4 tablespoons chopped garlic
- 4 bunches fresh rosemary
- to taste salt and pepper
- 100 ml red wine
- 50 ml olive oil
Method :
- Coarsely chop the rosemary and add to the oil and garlic
- Rub onto the lamb chops
- Place chops into fridge for 60 minutes
- On a nedium high heat , fry the chops 2-3 minutes on each side
- Leave aside and let the meat set and then serve
