
Ingredients :
- 2 lbs flank steak
- 1 green bell pepper; sliced
- 1 red bell pepper; sliced
- 1 jalapeño; sliced
- 1 yellow onion; sliced
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- to taste salt & pepper
- 1 pack corn tortillas
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 cilantro
- 1 lime
- 1 avocado
- salsa
Method :
- In a bowl add all seasonings & mix. Rub your entire slab of flank steak with the seasoning mix. Place in crockpot on high.
- Slice up peppers & onion & add to crockpot with minced garlic. Cover & cook for 5-6 hrs.
- After the 5-6 hr mark, flank steak should be tender enough to shred with a fork. Should look like the picture below...
- You can either serve right away or let cook for another hour before serving on warmed corn tortillas with onion, avacado slices, chopped cilantro & salsa. Enjoy! 😉
