Ingredients :
- 3 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp peanut butter, reduced-fat
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 3/4 tsp hot chile paste
- 1 tsp fresh ginger grated
- 3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 16 wonton wrappers, shredded
- romaine lettuce, chopped or torn
- 2 cups shredded carrots
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Method :
- Cut wonton wrappers into strips, spread out on prepared pan, coat with non-stick spray and bake for about 5-7 minutes, until golden brown.
- Dressing: whisk hoisin sauce, peanut butter, brown sugar, chili paste, ginger, vinegar, and sesame oil.
- Combine remaining ingredients, mix with cooled wontons and toss with dressing.
