
Ingredients :
- 280 g soy milk
- 120 g strained yogurt
- 30 g sugar
- 60 g hot water
- 5 g gelatine
- Squeesed lemon
- Biscuits
- Butter
Method :
- Make strained yogurt. i usually use coffee drip filter and wait for an hour.
- Mix gelatine and hot water
- Gently mix soy milk and sugar under small fire.
- Once the sugar is melted, mix with step 2 and cool it down.
- Once it"s getting normal room temperature, mix with stained yogurt. Add squeezed lemon a bit.
- Crack the biscuits accordingly. Add butter and put it under microwave for a minute.
- Pour step 5 on step 6 and leave in the fridge for an hour.
- Decorate as you like by fruits jam or herbs etc
