
Ingredients :
- 2 bags deveined tail off cooked shrimp
- 2 cucumbers
- 4 roma tomatoes
- 1 yellow onion
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1 salt & pepper & garlic powder
- 1 avocado
- 1 pack corn tostadas
- 1 bottle of Hot Sauce
- 1 cup chopped cilantro
Method :
- Drain bags of shrimp. Put shrimp in a large serving bowl/salad bowl.
- Peel & dice cucumbers, onion, tomato, cilantro & avacado. Add to the shrimp bowl.
- Add seasonings & lime juice. Stir to mix thoroughly.
- Serve on tostadas with hot sauce (I prefer Tapatio but any kind would suffice)
