Ingredients :
- 1 cup sifted unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 cup crushed macademia nuts
- 5 1/2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 splash Bailey's or any other cream liqueur
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Method :
- Grease or spray with baking spray an 8x8 pan. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
- Sift flour, then sift it again with baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add chopped macademia nuts, stir then save for later
- Stir brown sugar into butter, then cool mixture for 20 seconds
- Beat the egg then gradually mix in the flour mixture. After it"s mixed add in the splash of cream liqueur
- Spread onto the pan, then evenly spread the white chocolate chips on top of the mixture.
- Bake in the oven for around 22-25 minutes, or until a knife will dip in cleanly, then take it out of the oven and coop. Can be served at any temperature, although reheating will alter texture.
