- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 slice Ezekiel bread
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, chopped finely
- 1/4 cup yellow or red pepper, chopped finely
- 1/4 cup daikon shoots
- Pepper
- Nutritional yeast
Method :
- Sprinkle nutritional yeast on top of veggies.
