Ingredients :
- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 large onion i use red but use what you want
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cup dry white wine or 12 cup more broth
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1 salt to taste
- 1 pepper to taste
- 1 tsp paprika
Method :
- Cut onion and potato into 1/4 in. slices.
- Place onion on bottom of slow cooker then add potato (you can also add carrot here if you like them )
- Combine broth, wine, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper. Pour over veggies.
- Combine salt, pepper and paprika and coat chicken. Put thighs on top
- Low 7-8 hrs high 4-5hrs
- NOTE: you can make a gravy using to juice
