Ingredients :
- 1 pkg. spinach tortilla shells
- Salami of choice, sliced
- 1 small can sliced black olives, drained and chopped
- 1 container Philadelphia cream cheese spread, I used Chive and Onion
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
Method :
- Separate all 6 tortillas and evenly coat all on one side with cream cheese. Evenly disperse salami slices, olives and green onions.
- Roll up jelly roll style and place seam side down on a cookie sheet. Place in fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Right before serving, slice rolls into individual portions. About 6 per roll. Separate and serve. Enjoy!
