Ingredients :
- 3 cup Tender Coconut
- 2-3 Cup Sugar
- 2 tbsp Purified Butter (Ghee)
- 2 tbsp Cashew Powder
Method :
- Grind coconut until it become fine paste.
- Take pan and heat ghee in it. Add our coconut paste and cook it until it gets dry.
- Now add sugar and cashew powder. This will help as binder. Cook them until ghee gets separated from mixture.
- Take baking tray and grease it with small amount of ghee.
- Spread our ready mixture evenly and let it get set for atleast 5-6 hr. Make small square pieces of it and serve.
- As We have used tender coconut it won"t get hard. So it"s recommended to store it in refrigerator.
- You can make this barfi even with dry coconut.
