Ingredients :
- 350 grams cooked chickpeas
- 1 dozen brussles sprouts
- 3/25 head cauliflower
- 33/100 large sliced onion
- 1/2 courgette (sliced)
- 1/4 large red bell pepper sliced
- 4 heart lettuce
- bunch mushrooms
Method :
- Add olive oil to the pan and throw in onions, cauliflower, sprouts, courgette, red bell pepper and mushrooms.
- While veg is frying - wash and drain the cooked chickpeas and then add it to the mix. Add a vegetable stock cube for extra taste.
- Bring some lettuce leaves to accompany the food and make a wrap (and they are also useful as spoons..). And enjoy!
