Ingredients :
- 1 cut chicken
- 3 medium onion
- 3 blonde beer
- 3 tsp herbs
- 1 1/2 tsp paprika
- salt and pepper
- 120 grams unsalted butter
Method :
- Season the chicken, put ina bowl and add one bottle (or can) of beer with half of the herbs. Let it marinade 3-5 hours in the fridge, covered.
- Cut the onion in julienne and melt 100gr. of the butter slowly in a large and deep pan. Take out the chicken from the bowl and let it dry in a papwer towel.
- Once melted add the onion and let it coom for 5minutes, always stirring. Add the other 2 beers ans the restof the herbs along withthe beer mix in the bowl. Let it reduce.
- Fry the chicken making sure the skin is crispy. Once the beer has reduced, add the chicken and let it cook for 5min before turning the heat off and serve right away.
