
Ingredients :
- 150 g raisins, sultanas or currents
- 50 g mixed peel (lemon & orange)
- 1 apple (5mm cube)
- 120 ml apple juice
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp ground ginger
Method :
- Cut the cored apple into 5 mm cubes
- Put all the ingredients into a pan
- Simmer gently for 30 mins (until absorbed)
- Once cooled, spoon the mixture into a jar.
