Ingredients :
- 2 sweet lime
- 1/2 raw green mango (large)
- 1 carrot (medium)
- 1 yellow bell pepper (medium)
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 green chilli
- Fresh parsley, optional
- to taste Salt
Method :
- Cut onion and bell pepper in thin slices.
- Peel the sweet limes and cut in small pieces.
- Grate Raw mango and carrot. Do not do a fine grate.
- Finely chop the green chili.
- Optionally, you can add finely chopped parsley as well.
- Mix all ingredients and add salt to taste.
