
Ingredients :
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 cup Brown Rice (cooked)
- 1 can Corn
- 1 can Pinto Beans
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes
- 1/4 stick Velveeta Cheese
Method :
- Brown your ground beef and scramble with the onions.
- Once meat is done add 1 can of pinto beans and 1 can of diced tomatoes . Don"t drain the beans but be sure to drain the tomatoes.
- Once heated evenly on medium heat, add the corn and the brown rice once it has been cooked.
- Last, once everything is evenly heated, add the Velveeta cheese. Be sure to slice the cheese into about 1/2 inch cubes, then cover skillet and simmer for about 10 mins or until the cheese is melted and can be stirred into the mix.
