Ingredients :
- 1 box Betty crocker super moist devils food
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup veggie oil
- 1 1/4 cup stout beer (Guinness)
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolates chips
- 2-3 Tbsp Jameson whiskey
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 cup whipping cream
- Cream cheese frosting
Method :
- Beat devils food cake mix, eggs, veggie oil, and beer for 30 seconds on low. Pour into cupcake molds.
- Bake cupcakes for 18 minutes middle rack at 350°
- Remove let cool
- Cut out little core in each cupcake. KEEP the cores.
- Let chocolate whisked mixture cool to room temp.
- Frost with cream cheese frosting
