Recipe Chocolate beer cupcakes

Ingredients :

• 1 box Betty crocker super moist devils food
• 3 eggs
• 1/2 cup veggie oil
• 1 1/4 cup stout beer (Guinness)
• 1 cup semi sweet chocolates chips
• 2-3 Tbsp Jameson whiskey
• 2 Tbsp butter
• 1 cup whipping cream
• Cream cheese frosting

Method :

1. Beat devils food cake mix, eggs, veggie oil, and beer for 30 seconds on low. Pour into cupcake molds.
2. Bake cupcakes for 18 minutes middle rack at 350°
3. Remove let cool
4. Cut out little core in each cupcake. KEEP the cores.
5. Let chocolate whisked mixture cool to room temp.
6. Frost with cream cheese frosting
