Ingredients :
- 225 g cane sugar
- 120 g rice or gluten free flour
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Method :
- Melt the chocolate "au bain marie" in a bowl over a oot of hot water
- Combine sugar, eggs and vanilla in a large bowl
- Add bicarbonate of soda and salt
- Add the flour amd stir until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed
- Pour into a baking tin lined with oil and a sprinkle of flour
- Bake at 170°c for 20 to 25 minutes or until cooked in the middle
