Recipe Garlic rosemary red wine sauce

Resep Garlic rosemary red wine sauce

Ingredients :

  • 1/4 cup minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup minced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup fresh chopped rosemary
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

Method :
  1. Mince the garlic and tomatoes, add to small sauce pan.
  2. De-stem rosemary and finely chop. Add to sauce pan.
  3. Add red wine, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil to sauce pan.
  4. Add salt and pepper
  5. Bring to a boil, and then immediatly turn heat to low. Let simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Let it cool down and serve as desired.
