Ingredients :
- 1/4 cup minced garlic
- 1/4 cup minced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup fresh chopped rosemary
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
Method :
- Mince the garlic and tomatoes, add to small sauce pan.
- De-stem rosemary and finely chop. Add to sauce pan.
- Add red wine, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil to sauce pan.
- Add salt and pepper
- Bring to a boil, and then immediatly turn heat to low. Let simmer for 20 minutes.
- Let it cool down and serve as desired.
