Ingredients :
- 4 boneless lean pork loin chops, 4 oz each
- 1 sweet onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp light butter, divided
- 1 cup Panko
- 1 1/3 cup chicken broth, divided
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp rubbed sage
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Method :
- Saute onion in 1/2 tbsp butter, until soft.
- Remove from heat and stir in Panko, 2/3 cup broth and seasonings. Mix well
- Cut a pocket in each pork chop
- Spoon ~1/2 cup stuffing in each pork chop, and secure with kitchen string.
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
