Recipe Banana strawberry bread

Ingredients :

• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/2 cup White sugar
• 1/2 cup Brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 3 Bananas
• 1 cup Chopped strawberry
• 1/4 tsp cinnamon
• 1 1/2 cup All purpose flour
• 1 tsp Vanilla extract
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp Baking powder
• 1 Chopped walnuts for the top
• 1/2 cup sour cream or yogurt

Method :

1. Mix butter and sugars together add eggs and vanilla and mix the bananas and the strawberries and the sour cream and cinnamon together
2. Slowly add in the flour baking powder and baking soda and mix ...sprinkle walnuts on top and add it to a banana loaf pan and put it in a preheated 350°F oven for 1 hour or until fork comes out clean...remove from oven let cool then serve and enjoy !
